港媒：阿里巴巴或於紐約上市 Aug 16th 2013, 09:21, by JAS （中央社台北16日電）香港南華早報報導，由於阿里巴巴董事長馬雲希望保留對公司的控制權，集團可能延後在香港首次公開募股（IPO）的時間，或乾脆改到美國紐約上市。 報導援引銀行業者的說法稱，由於只持有7.4%的股份，馬雲擔心會失去控制權。馬雲於1999年創建了阿里巴巴。 報導指出，紐約證券交易所與競爭對手那斯達克一直在爭取馬雲，他們告訴馬雲，如果在美國上市，可以透過持有表決權更大的特別股票來保留對阿里巴巴的控制權。香港交易所則不允許雙重股票結構。 美國網路公司雅虎持有阿里巴巴24%的股權。1020816
